The spectacular golf club community of Regatta Bay is located in Destin, Florida between the Gulf of Mexico and Choctawhatchee Bay. The Regatta Bay homeowners needed a website that was functional and interactive to keep everyone informed of current events.

Blue Leaf Designs began the task of giving the homeowners everything they wanted in a website and more. Partnering with HOA Sites of Indianapolis, Indiana, the site was up and running quickly. It features both public and private pages and an interactive "blog" page.

Members can upload photo albums to share with other members and learn a little about their neighbors. Advisory Committee and Homeowner Association minutes are posted to the site as well as announcements about upcoming events.

Surveys can be conducted among members on important topics that influence community decisions, and timely information can be distributed to residents efficiently.
